The incident was caught on CCTV, in which two bottles full of fuel are seen burning and throwing them at the residence of BJP functionary of Karumanakudal, Kalyanasundaram. After carrying out this incident that happened late on Saturday night, both the miscreants were imprisoned while running. It is being told that the petrol bomb hit the window grille and fell down, due to which there was not much damage. When BJP workers gathered to demand action against the miscreants who carried out this incident, the Mandikadu police registered a case and started investigation. Two days ago, there was an attack in Coimbatore. Two days before this incident, the BJP office in Coimbatore was attacked. Action was taken against PFI only a day after this attack. Angry BJP workers protested fiercely after the incident, after which the police reached the spot and took charge.
